If you are considering starting an internet and/or home business, you should know that there are a few basics skills that you will have to have to succeed. No matter what companies and recruiters tell you, you do need expertise to succeed on the net.
Basic skills required to start an internet home business:
1: Determination and a good work ethic. Starting your own business is not all chocolate and ice cream. Are you willing to work hard for several months before you see any real profit? Are you willing to lose money and time and still keep trying? If not, don't try to start an internet business.
2: Ingenuity and eagerness to learn. This is a key discipline to have - if you can't learn and innovate new and better ways to do things, you likely won't succeed. Also, if you don't like change, the internet is not the world for you!
3: Basic skills. To succeed with an internet home business, you'll need to have at least basic computer, communication, and writing skills. The technical skills, such as HTML and marketing, can be learned.
